After breakfast, transfer to Milan, the capital of Italian fashion. Walking city tour to discover its main sights while walking along its most glamorous shopping streets. Return back to the hotel in Franciacorta.

After breakfast check out and transfer to Malpensa Airport.

Perugia is an old Etruscan and medieval town mostly unknown to visitors who soon get impressed by its beauty and charms. You will walk along its ring of wall dating from the Etruscan age, then You will get lost through the symbols carved by Nicola and Giovanni Pisano’s into the Fontana Maggiore, and furthermore You will get fascinated by the many historical layers of the Rocca Paolina (known as Perugia underground).

Take time to relax in the resort situated near Perugia. It is a beautiful, peaceful retreat overlooking one of the most beautiful valleys in the splendid region of Umbria. Immersed in the greenery and nature of the heart of Italy, the village stands at a strategic crossroads between some of the most famous, well-known places of interest along a virtual road through the history. Visit the tower-filled town center of San Gimignano, the site of a Renaissance arms race that resulted in the skyline being dominated by scores of proto-skyscrapers, reaching like teeth into the blue Tuscan air.

FLORENCE

Florence is famous also for its artisan boutiques and historical shops that are part of the creative background of the city. The must is also a stop at Gucci Museum. Opened in 2011 in the old Palace of the Merchants, in occasion of the 90th anniversary of Gucci’s birth, the museum houses historic and iconic models of the Florentine Maison, like bags, chests, luggage, accessories and dresses.

Overnight  in a Villa from XVIII century, which is surrounded by a 50-acre garden with vineyards, olive groves and an outdoor pool. It is within 4 km of the historic center of Florence and the Boboli Gardens.

CHIANTI WINE REGION

Travel across the delicious Chianti Classico wine region, through the enchanting Chiantigiana route. This is the land of Sangiovese and You will taste different expressions of this noble grape. Begin with a visit to a historic estate such as the beautiful Badia a Coltibuono property, with its abbey and manicured gardens.On a private tour, explore the grounds and finish with a tasting of their best wines and even Balsamic Vinegars and Olive Oils. Carry on to Antinori´s Badia Passignano estate, our absolute favorite in Chianti. Your exuberant host will take You on a memorable tour of the property and You will taste some of Antinori´s mythical wines such as Tignanello, Cervaro della Sala, Chianti Classico Riserva Badia a Passignano, Guado al Tasso, and Solaia. After the cellar visit, enjoy an extra virgin Olive Oil tasting followed by an outstanding lunch at the Michelin starred Osteria, with dishes paired with the aformentioned following wines.

CASTELL’ARQUATO

The well preserved medieval borough of Castello Arquato can, with its beauty and the view it offers, fascinate everybody, both those who admire it from a distance as well as those who explore it, going around its alleys and medieval stone houses, wonderfully preserved and in some cases restored.
Previously chosen as the location for some films (‘Lady Hawk’), it has recently joined ‘Italy’s most beautiful boroughs’. It has also been awarded the title of ‘Wine Town’.

MILAN

Milan’s most popular square is home to the Duomo, the city’s cathedral and is the heart of the city. Milan’s elegant shopping mall is within buildings lining two arcades which form a cross-shape. Giuseppe Mengoni designed the structure in 1877 when he was chosen to redesign the historic area between Piazza della Scala and the Duomo. The purpose built structure was an immediate success and earned the nickname the “Salon of Milan” as it was a popular gathering place. Galleria Vittorio Emanuele: You can walk through the large arched opening on Piazza del Duomo which resembles a triumphal arch and along the 196 meter long arcade or the shorter 105.5 meter arcade.
