All the recipes are prepared in a very quick and  easy way, with simple ingredients that enhance the flavour of the dish. Puglia’s culinary tradition combines the numerous varietals of seafood from the Adriatic and the simple and more rustic flavors from its land.

Day 1: Brindisi

Arrival at Brindisi Airport and transfer to Your 4* selected rural country hotel in the Salento area. Dinner with typical salentini products.

Day 2: Wine tasting locorotondo and Alberobello

Buffet breakfast at the hotel. Enjoy the most exclusive visit of the marvelous villages of Locorotondo and Alberobello. Stop in Locorotondo for a wine tasting with typical bruschetta. It will follow a tour through the historical commune of Alberobello to learn of its ancient traditions, folklores and the many facets of Alberobello culture, especially the functions and history of trulli. Wine ad food tasting. Lunch in a typical restaurant. In the afternoon time at disposal to relax in the rural country hotel.

Day 3: Castle and urchins in Savalletri

After breakfast transfer to Castel del Monte. After the visit departure towards the Adriatic coast and lunch with urchins freshly caught at Savelletri. Return back to the rural country hotel.

Charming farmhouse in Salento

The masseria is a charming farmhouse with a courtyard and cloisters, typical of the Salento area. Dating back to the 1600s, it offers a large park with a swimming pool surrounded by olive trees. This property was once the summer residence of the farmers and farm labourers who worked there. It still produces its own wine and Extra Virgin Olive Oil, available for tasting. Masseria is the ideal place to spend unforgettable stays in Salento with its thirteen unique settings, subdivided in classic, superior, junior suites, suites and the main apartment, all elegantly furnished and equipped with every comfort.

Locorotondo

An important agricultural town with a good production of both oil and wine, which has received DOC (controlled denomination of origin) status. In the myriad of trulli found in the Valle d’Itria, a dominant feature is the cooperative wine cellar of Locorotondo, now a milestone in the production of Bianco Locorotondo. Alberobello

Alberobello literally means beautiful tree, deriving from its ancient heritage where it was once a beautiful oak and beech forestry. Alberobello is a small commune situated not far from the port city of Bari. Alberobello has come into attention of many tourists because of its well-known UNESCO trulli. It will follow a tour through the historical commune of Alberobello to learn of its ancient traditions, folklores and the many facets of Alberobello culture, especially the functions and history of trulli. Castel del monte

Castel del Monte is one of the 50 UNESCO World Heritage Sites in Italy. Located in the municipality of Andria, Castel del Monte rises on a rocky hill dominating the surrounding countryside of the Murgia region in southern Italy near the Adriatic Sea. A unique piece of medieval architecture, it was completed in 1240. The castle’s location, its perfect octagonal shape, as well as the mathematical and astronomical precision of its layout all reflect the broad education and cultural vision of its founder, Emperor Frederick II.

Savelletri

Savelletri, south of Monopoli, is a seaside resort between cliffs and sandy coves. The southern sun that burns Your skin, a relaxing walk on a boardwalk where they spread the scents of the typical restaurants. Do not miss the chance to savor the freshness of fish and sea urchins freshly caught from this wonderful sea. To try one of the traditional dishes of this area, is a must stop in one of the characteristics ” shacks ” on the seashore. Spartans tables and paper tablecloths, outdoor, to better enjoy the spectacle of a sunset on the water.
